Our PUMP Vision TS350 is a 3.5” color touch screen level controller.  And just like all of our other PUMP Vision products, it is super easy to configure for numerous different level control applications.  This controller was the first in the PUMP Vision line and includes huge capabilities in a small package.

PUMP Vision™ TS350 Features

p14 body 21 to 4 pumps

VFD, FVNR, or RVSS

Sequencing.  Simplex, duplex, triplex, quadplex.

Pump up (fill) and pump down (empty) modes.

VFDs supported through Modbus include Schneider, ABB, Danfoss, , Trane, and more.

Configuration Wizard.  Setup is done is an easy step by step “wizard” routine.

4-20 mA Transducer input. User scalable and offset. Can be inverted if distance sensing ultrasonic transducer is used.

The trend screen shows pump speed, number of pumps running, level, and VFD Speed, depending on system functions.

Trending.  All process points can be view with onscreen graphs.

Data logging on board and on SD card of all station faults, run start and stop times and durations, all VFD vaults are logged with specific fault condition, all MOTOR Vision faults, and process variables.

Communications. Modbus RTU, Modbus IP, Ethernet IP, BACnet, LonWorks, Metasys, and other BAS and SCADA protocols are supported, some are optional.

Internet and Email.  Remote access to screen controls with Internet connection.  Up to 20 separate alarm conditions are email or texted to up to 4 recipients.

Bilingual.  Button on main menu switches the screen text from English to Spanish, and back.

SCADA Vision Station Dashboard

SCADA Vision is the pump station monitoring SCADA software that provides an overview of your entire group of pump stations with complete historical information about every condition signaled by the pump station RTU.

The Main Dashboard provides the basic system information.  Included on the screen is:

Digital and graphical display of level
Number of pumps called
Alarm indicator
Access to menu

The Pump Dashboard is provided for each pump and gives detailed information about the pump operation and allows manual operation of the pump.  In fact, with the necessary VFD controls and data available, door mounted VFD HMIs are not necessary.
Included on the screen are:

Pump status
“Soft” HAND-OFF-AUTO selector switch
Total run hours
Number of starts
Run duration (of last cycle, present cycle if running)
If enabled, MOTOR Vision alarm indicator and access button With VFD
Manual speed control (%)
Drive speed reference (%)
Drive speed feedback (Hz)
kW
Drive fault status—actual fault condition is indicated and logged

When the MOTOR Vision option is connected to a PUMP Vision controller, the pump motor is very closely monitored for signs of trouble, especially important for submersible pumps.
